From Eppan-Berg-Schulthaus, Appiano's most historic Pinot Bianco site, this Riserva comes from the oldest plots, aged in large oak for a mineral, structured wine with great ageing potential. Straw yellow, intense pear and apple, creamy with a long finish. Grown at 540-620m on limestone and clay, vines 25-30 years old.
