Popular in the Oltradige since the 1980s, this Sauvignon thrives on stony limestone gravel with cool fall winds, yielding a lively, expressive wine. Bright with a green shimmer, aromas of pineapple, elderberry, gooseberry and honey, mineral and refreshing on the palate. From vines 10-25 years old at 450-650m, hand-harvested in September.
