Native to Bolzano's vineyards, Sanct Valentin Lagrein was first produced in 2000. Robust and powerful, with nicely integrated acidity and excellent ageing potential. Blackish red, with complex aromas of coffee, cocoa and wild berries, mouth-filling and full-bodied. Aged 12 months in oak, 10 in steel. Vines 10-20 years old.
