From two limestone-rich parcels between Magny-lès-Villers and Villars-Fontaine. Like Orchis Mascula, made with 100% whole bunches and no SO2 until spring. The nose is lifted and expressive — violet, rose petals, crushed strawberry and a hint of cinnamon. Silky, fine-grained texture on the palate.
