Disgorged in October 2024 without dosage, half of the NV Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature comes from the 2021 vintage and the other half comes from reserve wines from 2020 and 2019. Originating from four villages in the Côteaux Sud d’Épernay, where clay overlies limestone, it bursts from the glass with notes of green apple, lemon zest and early-blooming white blossoms mingling with coconut.
