95 Points: Yohan Castaing, Wine Advocate. Based on the 2018 vintage, the NV Aÿ Grand Cru Fût de Chêne Brut MV Rosé reveals enticing aromas of pastry, peony, red berries, blood orange and menthol. Medium to full-bodied, it is both elegant and elegantly tannic, with a layered and tense structure supported by bright acidity and a long, ethereal finish. This blend consists of 80% Pinot Noir (with 6% as red wine) and 20% Chardonnay, and it was disgorged in February 2023.
