Bertagna's Vougeot Village is 100% Pinot Noir from vines planted at 10,000 stocks/ha, organically farmed, hand-harvested and fully destemmed. Vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel with pump-overs, then aged 15–18 months in French oak. Clean nose of red berries, humus and liquorice, with a well-structured, dense yet fluid and tasty palate.
