This is a 0.53ha parcel of 100% Pinot Noir situated next to Clos de la Roche in Morey-St-Denis. Organically farmed, hand-picked and sorted in both vineyard and winery. Vinified with 30–50% whole bunches, cold maceration, natural yeasts and manual treading, then aged 16–18 months in 100% new French oak. Spices, black fruits, woody and brioche notes on the nose, with remarkable fullness, strength, freshness and elegance on the palate, framed by delicate, silky tannins.
