released 2025: Kimmeridgian clay‑limestone terroir, old‑vine Chardonnay planted 1960. Naturally fermented and élevage with monthly bâtonnage for 18 months yields a rich, silky wine with bright minerality. Aromas of hawthorn, lemon, hazelnut and subtle oxidative notes; concentrated yet fresh, ageworthy. Excellent with Oscietra caviar, lobster or as an elegant aperitif.
