Castello di Ama has produced rosé since 1982. Purple Rose, first made in 2017, uses the saignée method with 12 hours of skin contact, partly fermented in barriques. Generous and layered, with floral nuances and notes of cherry and raspberry—juicy, intriguing and refined.
