Dark mahogany, aromatic, balsamic, with wild herbs, candied orange, spices, and dates. Concentrated, dry, seamless, with vibrant acidity and an endless finish. Extreme yet extraordinary—one of the world's great Amontillados. Drink 2013-2025. Valdespino, the "Romanée-Conti of Jerez," dates to 1875, rooted in the 13th century. Since 1999, it's the crown jewel of Grupo Estévez.
