Álvaro Palacios La Baixada, a rare single-vineyard Priorat cru from a 1.3-hectare plot in Gratallops—the north-facing side of the original Finca Dofí vineyard, bottled separately since 2018. Predominantly old-vine Garnacha, it offers chalky red berry fruit, white pepper and mineral tension, with fine tannins and elegant structure. Made by one of Priorat's founding revivalists.
